This is a VERY common issue when it comes to constructive criticism. A LOT of people will compare it to/say that it's harassment, when in reality people are trying to simply help improve you at your art.
Criticism is not bullying nor harassment in any shape or form. If someone was flat out going "UR ART SUKS", then yes, THAT'S harassment, but if someone goes for example: "I think that this hand could be a bit smaller" or "The head looks a little off", THAT'S not harassment, they're trying to help you improve at your art.
Please learn the differences between criticism and harassment, there's a VERY BIG difference between the two. One of which is to help artists and writers improve themselves so they can do better, and the other is trying to belittle the said artist/writer so they feel like they CAN'T improve, nor do better.
It's perfectly okay to not like it, but do not be rude about it, and please do not pick on others for trying to help you.

Stephenie Meyer hates constructive criticism because she thinks it's the same as harassment and bullying. She does need to improve in her writing but she doesn't want to smh. One of the reasons I'm not fond of her as a person.
