They're not the same.
Being someone who IS bisexual, I do my research on these things:

Bisexual means you're attracted to TWO genders. Pansexual means you're attracted to ALL genders.

So no, Bisexuality and Pansexuality are NOT the same as each other. If you would have done a quick google search on it, or looked at the LGBT Wikipedia, you'd know this by now :U
